Positive Behavior and Developmental Specialists (PBDS) was established in 2016 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with the vision to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. After decades of working for various companies, we wanted to focus on quality ABA services over quantity so our team focuses on providing quality programming, supervising, and training staff to practice ABA therapy.

Our motivation to serve our clients is not limited to profit but our strong desire to provide quality services and make a difference. We understand it’s a long road with lots of ups and downs for our families, but we want to take that journey with them and help their children shine and reach their full abilities. We also want our employees to learn and grow in the field and to potentially become analysts.
